With a successful establishment in downtown Los Angeles, we are excited to expand our presence to Pasadena and continue our tradition of delivering exquisite cuisine and impeccable service.We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team at the new Le Grand restaurant in Pasadena ( 55 S Lake Ave) . The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative dishes, a strong culinary background, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of culinary professionals.Responsibilities: - Develop and execute creative and seasonal menus that showcase the finest ingredients - Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation - Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and consistency - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Collaborate with management to achieve financial goals, including cost control and inventory managementRequirements: - Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment - Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Passion for culinary excellence and innovation
